According to the present data card, delivery took place on May 20th, 1960 to it's first owner in Massachusetts, USA. As special equipment the 300 SL has been ordered in as USA version with rear axle ratio 1.3.89 miles, Radio Becker Mexico, disc wheels with chrome-plated bowl and highly polished rim, 5-fold white wall tires and with loose supplied clutch retainer. This roadster is in a unbelievably original condition, bought in 1965 and in family ownership for 50 years. All numbers, plates and locks are original and untouched. In addition, the factory-assembled Continental Super Record tires, logbooks, pictures from the 60s, the original tool bag and the welded black original top are also available. This perfect original condition is also confirmed by the report from one of the most renowned experts worldwide, with a grade of 1- and a value of 1,800,000 euros.
