This coveted Mercedes-Benz 300 SL Coupé in classic silver-gray metallic combined with red leather upholstery as well as matching luggage set and coveted matching numbers was delivered to New York via Mercedes-Benz on June 29, 1955 according to the data card on hand. According to the register, the car later reached the West Coast and was owned by a collector in Carmel, California in 1978. More than 14 years ago the current owner was able to purchase the SL in restored condition, but only used it occasionally for trips. The vehicle has been completely checked by our company and will be handed over with new HK-ENGINEERING delivery inspection as well as with new general inspection. It should also be emphasized that the numbers of the chassis, body, engine as well as those of the gearbox, rear axle and front axle are identical with those on the data card.
