Our racing division HK-Rennsport carries on with the Mercedes Benz racing tradition of the 1950ies. Since Mercedes retreated from motor sports in 1955 there were only a few private pilots racing the 300SL.
The most famous one, Paul O'Shea, had two stock roadsters prepared for racing by Mercedes Benz in 1957 These vehicles were called SLS.
With one of those Paul O'Shea won the sports car championship in 1957.
1995 Hans Kleissl and other racing enthusiasts from HK-RENNSPORT started to participate actively and successfully at classic motor sport events with their SLS replicas and racing Gullwings. Numerous international victories were achieved since then. (i.e.: Goodwood, La Carrera Panamericana, Tour Auto, Nuerburgring, etc.)

(i.e. Mille Miglia, La Carrera Panamericana, Trofeo Baleares, etc.) A team of skilled mechanics and a service vehicle can be booked for classic cars of all brands.
We have our own classic Mercedes Benz race car transport truck with spacefor 2 cars and a matching MB 170 box car service vehicle.
